Our Organic Edition range combines two certifications: the PDO Priego de Córdoba, which guarantees origin and quality, and the CAAE organic seal, which certifies the farming method. Green, fresh and balanced, made to be enjoyed raw. In 500 ml and 250 ml tins and a 500 ml bottle.

What does the organic seal certify? The farming method: no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers, with its own control body. It is different from the PDO, which certifies origin and quality.

Does it taste different from a non-organic oil? Not because it is organic. The sensory profile is determined by the variety, the timing of the harvest and freshness, not by the farming method.

Which format should I choose? The tin protects the oil from light completely. If you use it slowly, the 250 ml tin will be finished before it loses its freshness.
