RETURN POLICY

The User may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

If the order has not yet left our facilities, OLIVA SÍ will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If the order has already left our facilities, the User must return the products in the same condition in which they were received, along with their complete original packaging, labels, and any related accessories.

The User must return products that require refrigeration via refrigerated transport (2-8ºC+). OLIVA SÍ will not accept any returns of refrigerated merchandise if it was returned via a non-refrigerated carrier.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods or those that, by their nature, may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

OLIVA will determine if the returned products are in the same condition as when they were sent. Products returned damaged, incomplete, deteriorated, used, or soiled by the User will not be refunded and will be made available to the sender or reshipped at the sender's expense.
