Oliva Sí Flavored

Our Essences range are condiments made on an extra virgin olive oil base with added flavoring. Nine profiles to give a dish character without making a sauce: garlic, lemon, rosemary, oregano, turmeric, ginger and honey, cocoa cream, pineapple and extra hot. 250 ml format.

Do they carry a Designation of Origin? No. As a blend of extra virgin olive oil and flavoring, they are sold as condiments and fall outside the PDO Priego de Córdoba, which does cover our Golden and Organic ranges.

Can I fry with them? It is not ideal. Heat takes away the aroma, which is exactly what you are paying for. Use them raw, as a dressing or as a finishing touch.

Which one should I start with? Garlic is the most versatile: pasta, roasted vegetables and dressings. Rosemary works very well with potatoes and meat.
