Shipping Policy

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

The delivery times indicated are business days. Please take into account holidays in the destination country, as these may delay delivery in some cases.

All orders received after 1:30 PM (UTC+1) will be processed the following day.

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

You will receive an email once your order has left our warehouse.

If you have ordered products that require refrigeration for transport, please ensure you have a suitable place to store them until use.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver your order within the agreed timeframe, the courier company will contact you to schedule a new delivery date. If needed, please contact us and we will handle the situation.

We ship to all countries in the European Union. For security reasons, no orders will be sent to P.O. boxes or military bases, nor will any order be accepted if it is not possible to identify the recipient and their address.

Due to additional customs fees and costs, we do not ship to the following destinations: United Kingdom, Canary Islands, Formentera, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, Corsica, Sicily, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Azores and Madeira, Gibraltar, and Switzerland.

RETURN POLICY

Please check upon receipt that everything is as ordered.

If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, please take photos and indicate it on the delivery note or on the carrier's electronic device.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order through our contact form, by emailing us at info@olivasi.com, or by calling us at +34 638581051. Explain what happened, and we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
